Responsibilities include leading kitchen staff, training, scheduling, menu creation, inventory control, and maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. Excellent knife skills and collaboration with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Responsibilities
