Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Bartender for our Abu Dhabi location. The role involves preparing cocktails and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and handling cashier duties as needed.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, 1 year of bartending experience (preferably in a high-end setting), strong mixology skills, and good English communication. Night and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in bartending preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in bartending; experience in a high-end establishment is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology techniques; creative cocktail recipes desired.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
• Outstanding communication skills; good command of English language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Take orders from customers promptly and accurately.
• Manage inventory of all liquors, wines, beers, and other bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, utensils, glasses, plates etc.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Perform cashier duties when needed.
