Job summary

ConFlip in Ajman, UAE is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team. You will operate cranes to move, lift, and place materials with precision while complying with safety regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong hand–eye coordination, the ability to read operating instructions, and excellent physical fitness to perform regular maintenance checks and monitor crane movements throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent physical condition with no issues that could interfere with operation of the crane.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to understand complex technical information.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure all loads are moved safely without any damage or injuries.
• Monitor crane movements throughout the entire operation.
• Follow verbal instructions from supervisors accurately.
• Maintain records of all crane operations conducted during shifts.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on cranes as required.
