Job summary

ConFlip in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE is seeking a Crane Operator to ensure safe operation of heavy lifting tasks on site. The role demands experience with cranes, rigging, and load handling, plus the ability to read blueprints and follow technical diagrams.

You will load/unload cargo, position materials, and perform planned maintenance while adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate can work independently or as part of a team and is physically fit with a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience operating cranes.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Knowledge of crane mechanics, controls, rigging, hoisting techniques and load handling.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eye for safety and strong problem solving.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload cargo and position materials.
• Perform preventative maintenance when required.
• Follow all safety protocols at all times.
• Understand crane mechanics, controls, rigging, hoisting techniques and load handling.
