Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist in loan-related processing to prepare dispute packets, review client credits, and communicate by phone with bureaus. This role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, thorough documentation, and proactive client follow-up from our UAE-based operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing, mortgage processing, or financial documentation.
• Strong preference for credit repair, credit education, or dispute processing experience.
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel, Slack, and Notion.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and work independently.
• Comfort conducting professional phone calls to bureaus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dispute packets and review client credit information and supporting documentation.
• Log into bureau platforms to review updates and track dispute cycles.
• Conduct bureau-related calls using approved scripts and document findings.
• Maintain accurate client records within GoHighLevel.
• Use Slack for internal communication and follow SOPs within Notion.
• Support routine client follow-up regarding documentation and account progress.
