Job description

The CPC Relationship Banker is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their own field and contributes to the overall strategy by considering their application in their job and the business. They are a recognized technical authority in their area within the business. Typically, they work with multiple colleagues who provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, including colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. The role has a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables, providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. The work impacts an entire area, which ultimately affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function or job family.

Responsibilities :

• Client Account Management
• Review CPC customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with the customer to validate understanding of their needs.
• Advise CPC customers to strengthen relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products/services based on current and future customer needs.
• Review product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential CPC customers for tailored products to enhance penetration.
• Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning.
• Organize CPC customer events to enhance bonding.
• Acquire new CPC customers through converting referral leads.
• Compliance, Risk & Controls
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC / AML and other compliance norms.
• Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to policies, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.
