We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Course Sales Executive / Program Enrollment Consultant who thrives in a consultative sales environment. This role requires proactive lead generation, personalized outreach, and expert consultation to convert prospects into enrolled students. You will interact with potential clients through a variety of channels, including telecalling, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn, and be expected to achieve monthly and weekly enrollment targets.

Your ability to empathize, communicate clearly, and handle objections will be crucial to your success in this position. As an Enrollment Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients choose the right program to meet their personal and professional needs.

This is a fully remote position that you can carry out from the comfort of your home. All you need is a laptop, a stable internet connection, and a mobile connection to get started.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and generate leads using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other online platforms.
  • Reach out to potential leads via cold and warm calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Establish and maintain consistent follow-ups with leads throughout the enrollment process.
  • Nurture leads by providing valuable insights and guidance to move them through the decision-making cycle.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Recommend the most suitable course or certification based on their requirements and professional aspirations.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive information about course structures, benefits, schedules, and pricing.
  • Address objections or concerns with confidence and clarity, ensuring the prospect feels informed and comfortable.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for enrollments.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all leads, contacts, and interactions in Zoho CRM.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding and administrative teams to ensure smooth student enrollment processes.
  • Submit regular daily / weekly progress reports, including feedback and insights to the leadership team.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement by offering suggestions based on your direct interactions with leads and students.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 1–2 years in telesales, academic counseling, or lead generation in a similar role.
  • Visa Status : Must have an independent visa or be on a husband’s visa (Note : the company does not sponsor visas).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in telecalling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email correspondence.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation strategies and tools.
  • Comfortable using CRM software such as Zoho, along with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Personal Traits : Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by personal growth and development.
  • Other Requirements : Strong work ethic, adaptability, and passion for sales and coaching.
  • Fixed Salary : AED 3,000 per month.
  • Incentives : Uncapped incentives based on successful enrollments.
  • Training : Access to ongoing training on sales techniques and coaching psychology.
