We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Expert, with a fresh outlook to join our company.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all performance standards are achieved, in line with company policies and procedures.
Delivering the right levels of service skills, following the sales process by selling educational courses over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers.
Demonstrate superb organizational and follow-up abilities; maintain product knowledge around the educational industry, and factors influencing the market environment.
Attaining monthly B2C & B2B targets in the education segment.
Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide personalised assistance throughout the sales process.
Maintain territorial market and competitor awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities.
Establish and maintain effective contact with the potential and existing customer base through direct marketing and cold calling.
Ability to work under pressure.
Building rapport and achieving customer satisfaction to close sales.
Negotiate prices and terms and ensure high sales conversion.
Feedback collection post classes for advertising on various brand media and enhancement of the product.
Qualifications:
Prior knowledge of B2B and B2C Sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English).
Sales Strategy-oriented.
CRM knowledge, preferable.
Required prior experience in a similar sales environment (Education); Banking Sales experience is preferred too.
Competent in objection handling.
