About the role :

At EMCD , our Sales Team drives our fast-growing global presence by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, closing sales, and developing strong, trustable relationships with B2B clients. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your strategic sales skills alongside our innovative products. This role offers significant potential for career and financial growth.

The primary responsibility is to expand our Crypto Services products family globally by promoting our platform to companies, resellers, fintech and crypto platforms, brokerage houses, and integrating our unique value proposition into the capital markets ecosystem :

  • Coinhold (B2B and API) - a savings cryptocurrency wallet offering up to 14% annual yield, designed for passive income through interest compounding.
  • Payroll - automates salary payments via cryptocurrencies for companies up to 200 staff, simplifying international payments, reducing fees, and increasing transparency and security.
  • SWAP - instant, secure coin exchange for crypto projects, Web 3 wallets, DeFi trackers, and dApps, with integrated trading platform access to 500 coins.
  • Cryptoprocessing - grows sales with an easy-to-use payment gateway for various industries including online retail, gaming, real estate, and more.

Reporting line : Head of Sales B2B

What you will be doing :

  • Lead sales growth strategy across MENA
  • Build and manage direct sales operations in the region
  • Develop partnerships with local companies, resellers, and platforms
  • Build and scale a regional sales team
  • Manage outbound and inbound sales processes
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Support clients and partners through all engagement stages
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Report on sales metrics using Hubspot CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for regional strategies

What you will bring :

  • 3+ years in B2B tech sales or crypto / fintech / SaaS within MENA
  • Experience managing outbound and inbound sales channels
  • Strong in sales funnels, client retention, and complex deals
  • Network in local capital markets and investment communities
  • Background in Enterprise Fintech sales is a plus
  • Native Arabic speaker; English at C1 level
  • UAE citizenship or legal right to work in UAE
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience leading sales teams
  • Skilled in partnership development and closing deals
  • Excellent communication of technical / business concepts
  • Willing to travel (20-30%) across the region
  • Strong presentation skills and industry speaking experience
