Job description

We are looking for a superstar Country Manager who is strongly aligned with the mission to redefine investing and empower people to build their long-term wealth.

You are passionate about the service delivered to our clients on and off-APP. You will manage, build, and lead a dynamic team to deliver growth in Dubai. This involves overseeing the team, leading business development, and developing relationships with regulators.

Closely collaborating with functional and regional colleagues, you will grow StashAway's business in line with the company's vision and transparent growth targets.

You should be a natural leader, highly capable of influencing and driving decisions with an analytical and goal-based approach. Your communication skills will be exceptional, with a proven ability to coach, support, and inspire a team.

In this role, you will be the voice and ambassador of our business and operations in Dubai. Externally, you are the face of StashAway in Dubai and will be responsible for building partnerships and relationships with public and private stakeholders. This role is also media-facing, and you should have some level of experience interacting with the press or public speaking.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement the business growth strategy for Dubai, leveraging market insights, internal data, and competitive analysis.
  2. Collaborate with Marketing and Product to achieve AUM growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
  3. Oversee day-to-day operationalization of quarterly and yearly plans with direct reports and teams you collaborate with.
  4. Identify and act on new business opportunities, including partnerships and product innovations, to enhance our competitive position.
  5. Own the CSAT and NPS scores for Dubai and work on continuous improvement.
  6. Drive initiatives to differentiate the customer experience and expand market share.
  7. Represent the brand and our house investment view at all external engagements.
  8. Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
  9. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
  1. 7-10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years managing teams and revenue/PnL responsibilities.
  2. Experience in Start-ups/Scale-ups, Marketing/Business Development, or Management Consulting. Understanding of the Fintech industry is preferred.
  3. Demonstrated track record of delivering growth in non-corporate environments.
  4. Able to lead through influence in a cross-functional international environment.
  5. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  6. Passion for Investing is a must.
