Lead Our Growth Strategy in the GCC Market

Doo Group is a global financial services group with FinTech at its core. With 10 business lines and a presence in key financial hubs, we are expanding into Saudi Arabia — a strategic market with tremendous opportunity for trusted brokers. We are looking for a commercially minded, regionally respected Country Manager to lead our operations in Riyadh and build long-term success in the Kingdom.

Your Mission

As Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will lead our market entry and expansion efforts in one of the most commercially important regions in MENA. This role is suited for senior professionals in the FX and CFD space with proven leadership in GCC markets, a strong network of IBs, and a clear understanding of what it takes to grow wallet volumes in a regulated, high-trust environment.

We are not looking for junior sellers. We are hiring a market leader — someone who understands what traders, introducers, and local partners value, and knows how to deliver results with integrity and consistency.

What You’ll Be Leading

  • Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy tailored to the regulatory and business environment of the Kingdom
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales force that understands the trading behaviour and needs of Saudi clients
  • Take final hiring responsibility across the country and oversee all key sales and support roles
  • Act as the local point of trust for top-tier IBs, high-net-worth clients, and referral partners
  • Strengthen brand visibility through strategic alliances, events, and market presence
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure localized execution

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex or multi-asset brokerage industry, with strong leadership credentials in MENA markets
  • Proven experience building and managing sales teams in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC
  • A trusted personal network of active IBs, traders, and institutional partners
  • Deep knowledge of regional regulatory practices, including SAMA compliance principles and Islamic finance considerations
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions while respecting local business etiquette and cultural expectations
  • Willingness to reside in Riyadh or spend a minimum of 6 months per year in the Kingdom
  • A performance-driven mindset with full accountability for business results
