Counter Salesman

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases at the counter.
2. Maintain a clean and organized sales area to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
3. Accurately process transactions and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
4. Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences to drive sales.
5. Keep track of inventory levels and restock products as needed.
6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
7. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions and customer interactions.
10. Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall sales team and store operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 2 to 7 years of experience in perfume industry/ retail industry.
2. Indian Males Preferred Willing to work anywhere in UAE.
3. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
4. Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
5. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
