Job description

• Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard layout norms (planogram, pricing, flagging)
• Ensure that all POS machines are in excellent conditions
• Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves as per store requirements
• Ensure the highest hygiene standards all the time in the whole property
• Count the float for his/ her designated till prior to opening to ensure accurate accounting
• Operate as a cashier and be consistently accurate in money handling
• Ensure counting of cash after the last customer leaves the store
• Conduct security checks for the currency/ credit cards/ cheques etc. when required
• Show initiative
• Give accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries
• Maximize and contribute to sales within the store through exceptional customer service
• Understand the returns policy and ensure effective implementation

• Knowledge of store processes in Supermarket business
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proactiveness and flexibility

• Able to work under pressure
• English/local language speaking skills
• Age between 20 to 32 years.
• Presentable candidates.
• Must be physically and mentally fit.
• Should be flexible to work at any VIVA store location across the UAE.
• Must be willing to work up to 12 hours a day without overtime compensation.
• Candidates should be dependable, adaptable, and capable of handling the operational demands of our store environments.
