Job Description

1. About the Role: The KidsOnly Counselor is responsible for the well-being of participating children by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service during operating hours of the kids club. She/he will facilitate all activities and programs introduced by Management and the KidsOnly Assistant Manager. Duties also include supervising, directing, assisting, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kids Club and its surroundings.

About You

1. The ideal candidate is a Childcare & Education graduate with recent and relevant experience, which would be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of one year in a similar role is required.
3. Excellent communication skills are essential.
4. The candidate should demonstrate flexibility, strong multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
