Costumer Service Representative

• Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally in both English.
• Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Manage invoices, receipts, and expense tracking.
• Assist in management of day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, petty cash, expenses, bookkeeping, payables & receivables, and processing vendor payments.
• Design eye-catching creatives for social media, advertisements, website banners, and digital campaigns.
