Job summary

Currie & Brown in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Cost Manager to join our growing team on large-scale hospitality and mixed-use developments. You will support project leaders with cost planning, reporting to clients, and delivering accurate financial analysis.

This role requires experience in cost management within a consultancy environment, Middle East exposure, and a proactive, commercially astute approach. You will liaise with internal teams to maintain strong financial controls and help win

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS membership preferred but not essential.
• Previous technical delivery experience in a global consultancy.
• Previous Middle East experience.
• Experience on hospitality, leisure, residential and retail projects.
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive and commercially astute.

Responsibilities

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients.

• Maintaining effective communication to ensure information is available for successful completion; liaising with managers for financial control.
• Undertaking cost management services as part of a team.
• Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.

• Representing the company professionally and building strong client relationships.

Currie & Brown are looking for a Cost Manager to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah, working on various large scale hospitality and mixed-use projects.

As a Cost Manager you will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

You will be:

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients
• Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments
• Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control
• Undertaking cost management services as part of a team
• Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Providing support to the team leader/service leaders in the cost management of projects
• Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; building great client relationships

What do you need?:

• BSc in Quantity surveying or equivalent
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) - preferred but not essential
• Previous technical delivery experience gained within a global consultancy firm
• Previous Middle East experience
• Experience on a variety of projects such as hospitality, leisure, residential and retail
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
