The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 3-5 years of experience in estimation and tendering. Proficiency in cost analysis and estimation software is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or project costing.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, tender preparation, and cost analysis.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed material and labor cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Review and evaluate tender documents to identify critical technical and commercial requirements for pricing.
• Support cost monitoring and control activities during project execution.
