- Collecting the stock report from all outlets / departments and preparing the combined stock report for all Food, Beverage and General store items.
- Coordinating with Operating Managers on requirements to maintain par stock level for efficient running of departments.
- Reviewing inventory par levels and ensuring stocks are kept at appropriate levels.
- Establishing an efficient system of store receiving, checking, recording, stock control, and issuing of stocks.
- Supervising monthly stock takes.
- Overseeing the Receiving and Store functions and performing stock audits.
- Preparing regular Food and Beverage cost reports.
- Performing food over reporting, checking regularly, and discussing with the Chef.
- Controlling Officer checks allowance.
- Handling and controlling the Consignment stock and movement.
- Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Payroll processing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
