Cost Controller

Job Description

1. Collecting the stock report from all outlets / departments and preparing the combined stock report for all Food, Beverage and General store items.
2. Coordinating with Operating Managers on requirements to maintain par stock level for efficient running of departments.
3. Reviewing inventory par levels and ensuring stocks are kept at appropriate levels.
4. Establishing an efficient system of store receiving, checking, recording, stock control, and issuing of stocks.
5. Supervising monthly stock takes.
6. Overseeing the Receiving and Store functions and performing stock audits.
7. Preparing regular Food and Beverage cost reports.
8. Performing food over reporting, checking regularly, and discussing with the Chef.
9. Controlling Officer checks allowance.
10. Handling and controlling the Consignment stock and movement.
11. Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
12. Payroll processing.
