Job Description

This position is with a planned start date of 1st September 2025.

  1. Collect stock reports from all outlets/departments and prepare a comprehensive stock report for all Food, Beverage, and General store items.
  2. Coordinate with Operating Managers to maintain par stock levels for efficient department operations.
  3. Review inventory par levels and ensure stocks are maintained at appropriate levels.
  4. Establish an efficient system for store receiving, checking, recording, stock control, and issuing stocks.
  5. Supervise monthly stock takes.
  6. Oversee the Receiving and Store functions and perform stock audits.
  7. Prepare regular Food & Beverage cost reports.
  8. Perform food over-reporting, regularly check, and discuss with the Chef.
  9. Control Officer checks allowances.
  10. Manage control over the consignment stock and movements.
  11. Perform related duties and handle special projects as assigned.
  12. Handle payroll processing.
