Job Description
- Carry out cost control transactions.
- Follow instructions given by the Finance Controller.
- Manage storage house requests, kitchen, and F&B requests and stocks.
- Ensure facility regulations are followed for purchasing, acceptance of goods, and storage.
- Share planning and control information related to the F&B department and kitchen with management.
- Control end-of-month inventories and record them in the system.
- Inspect main storage houses.
- Prepare accounting information related to F&B and recognize them accordingly.
- Present financial and statistical data to senior management at specified intervals.
- Manage requests and adjust quantities to maintain minimum stock levels.
- Control pricing for requests, ensuring goods are accepted per instructions, with correct quantity, quality, and prices. Verify delivery against signed documents.
- Review and verify all invoices, ensuring quantities and prices match orders.
- Prepare inventory lists for all stock, including monthly storage house reports.
- Oversee end-of-month counts in storage houses and food & beverage sections, entering data into the system.
- Coordinate and control all inventory activities at month-end, make corrections, and prepare consumption reports for approval by the Finance Controller.
- Identify and update purchasing conditions, seeking lower market prices.
- Compile financial and statistical reports as per schedule.
- Provide training on cost control.
- Perform end-of-month and end-of-year transactions in the MC program, working with IT and vendors as needed.
- Perform duties diligently, contributing positively to the F&B Department’s profitability and overall functioning.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Education: At least a vocational high school diploma; undergraduate degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-associate degree; no experience required for undergraduate degrees.
- Language: Intermediate English proficiency.
- Computer Skills: MS Office, MC program knowledge.
- Special Skills: Knowledge of relevant legislation, practices, and systems; ability to perform interconnected actions and sequential activities related to targets.
