Job summary

Zoad Catering in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Cost Controller to manage food and operational cost controls, inventory, procurement coordination, and financial analysis across catering operations. You will identify cost variances, minimize wastage, and improve profitability while ensuring timely cost reporting.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in cost control within F&B/catering, strong knowledge of food cost, inventory, procurement, yield testing, and menu costing, plus excellent analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant Cost Control experience, preferably within F&B, Catering, Hospitality, or Food Production.
• Strong understanding of food cost, inventory control, procurement, yield testing, menu costing, and variance analysis.
• Experience working with multiple outlets, catering operations, or large-volume food production is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Cost & variance analysis / Inventory and stock control.
• Menu and recipe costing / Food & beverage costing.
• Yield testing.
