About the Role:

Patchi is seeking a Cost Control & Planning Engineer with solid contracts knowledge to join our team in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a strategic role in ensuring the financial, timeline, and contractual integrity of high-profile projects, acting as the client’s representative on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Monitor project progress, generate look-ahead programs, and identify deviations.
• Prepare and analyse cash flows, cost reports, and earned value analysis.
• Validate and verify contractor payment applications.
• Assist in contract administration: scope alignment, variations, claims analysis, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Support in risk assessment and forecasting.
• Ensure alignment with contractual obligations and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control and planning – preferably in the GCC region.
• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6, cost control systems, and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of FIDIC or other standard forms of contracts.
• Previous client-side or consultancy experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Professional certifications (PMP, CCP, etc.) are an advantage.
