Responsibilities: - Develop and implement cost control procedures and policies to monitor project expenditure. - Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects. - Analyze project costs and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. - Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and budget adherence. - Monitor and report on cost performance, providing timely updates to senior management. - Conduct risk assessments related to project costs and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. - Lead the cost control team and provide training to enhance skills and knowledge.
