Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (or equivalent through vocational training and industry experience).
Minimum 15 years relevant scheduling/planning experience.
Basic knowledge of cost software, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow principles, tools, and techniques.
