Key Objectives for this Role
  1. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive commissioning documentation, including test results and certificates.
  2. Collaborating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and communication.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (or equivalent through vocational training and industry experience).

Minimum 15 years relevant scheduling/planning experience.

Basic knowledge of cost software, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow principles, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and report on project cost budgets, monitor and manage project expenditures throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
  2. Support the development and maintenance of Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
  3. Coordinate with project controls, procurement, finance, and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and project tracking.
  4. Manage project cost commitments and expenditures, providing performance reports and forecasts.
  5. Develop and implement project change orders and variations, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
