ALEC Building is seeking a Cost Control & ERP Specialist to drive cost discipline, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP data management across projects. You will collaborate with project teams, commercial, finance, and procurement to monitor costs, deliver dashboards, and implement ERP enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 5+ years experience in cost control and ERP environments.
• Experience in construction/engineering industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project cost control activities, including tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain cost control procedures with project managers.
• Configure ERP modules for cost control, commercial, and procurement.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and implement enhancements.
• Support commercial and procurement teams with budgets and ERP workflows.
• Deliver ERP training and create user guides.
• Design dashboards for real-time visibility into project costs.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement for cost control and ERP integration.
