Our team seamlessly integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value-driven real estate assets.

As a Cost Control Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the financial aspects of a project, including monitoring project expenses, ensuring budget adherence, preparing cost forecasts, and ensuring that the project stays within budget. You will work closely with the Department Head to develop cost analysis reports comparing Earned Value vs. Cost at the Cost Code level.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring and control of all commitments against budgets.
  2. Verifying Purchase/Hire Requests for Material, Equipment, and Work Packages for Subcontractors.
  3. Comparing actual Direct Labor, Indirect Labor, Staff, and Equipment deployment with budgeted figures monthly, highlighting any variations in the monthly Project Cost Analysis Reports.
  4. Achieving maximum accuracy in cost forecasts by analyzing resource histograms and Cost to Complete (CTC), proactively identifying potential overruns each month for timely corrective actions.
  5. Monitoring and checking the implementation of cost control procedures, including cost code input, requisition follow-up, and consumption of major materials.
  6. Preparing and submitting the Monthly Cost Analysis Report with high accuracy.
  7. Conducting cost analysis and case studies as required.
  8. Supporting in preparing Cost to Complete reports in coordination with the Project Manager, and assisting the Cost Control Manager as needed.
