Cost Control Engineer

This role is ideal for a detail driven Cost Control Engineer who thrives in a dynamic project environment. You will play a key role in monitoring budgets, controlling project costs, and ensuring financial performance is aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project budgets across multiple sites
• Track project expenses and prepare cost reports for management
• Analyse variances between estimated and actual costs
• Support procurement and planning teams with cost forecasting
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and finance teams
• Ensure cost control procedures comply with company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years in cost control engineering within the UAE construction / contracting industry
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Proficient in cost management tools and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
