Job Title: Cost Controller (Civil Engineering)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology/Engineering in Civil
  • Minimum 5-7 years of construction experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in construction cost control

Job Description:

  1. Control and monitor project expenditures, including verifying invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  2. Support estimation department in budgeting and tendering processes.
  3. Project cost projection for the remaining project duration and advising on cost control measures.
  4. Ensure effective project implementation and utilize reports to monitor purchases, invoicing, and delivery until project closure.
  5. Review and approve purchase requisitions and budget revisions as requested by the project team.
  6. Develop fiscal documents and budget worksheets.
  7. Provide technical assistance and clarification on fiscal administrative issues.
  8. Perform project cost reporting for management review on a monthly basis to ensure expenditures stay within budget.
  9. Verify expenditures and authorize payments for subcontractor and supplier invoices.
