Are you someone who loves precision, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for the automotive industry? Toyota Abu Dhabi is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Cost Clerk to join our incredible team! In this key role, you’ll play a vital part in managing all departmental job costs in line with retail and distributor process standards. You’ll also ensure smooth operations by returning any unacceptable job cards to the relevant department with clear, precise feedback.

About the Team
In this exciting role, you’ll report directly to the Aftersales Manager and be an essential part of a fast-paced workshop environment. You’ll collaborate daily with Service Advisors, Controllers, Foremen, and Technicians to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What Equips You for the Role
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation, ideally in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering. If you’ve got at least 3 years of experience as a Cost Clerk in an automotive dealership, we want to hear from you! Your strong office management skills and clear communication will be key to success in this role. Bonus points if you’re confident providing information and have experience with the SAP Dealer System.
