Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales or related field preferred.
• Experience in social media sales, online sales or e-commerce.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to convert online inquiries into sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly.
• Convert social media leads and inquiries into sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers.
• Follow up with potential customers through chat, WhatsApp and calls.
• Create and share basic product-related content such as posts, stories, photos and videos.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns, orders and customer support.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and sales generated.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and digital sales KPIs.
• Monitor customer feedback, competitors and social media trends.
