We are offering a unique internship opportunity for motivated and high-potential business or management students to join AptarGroup’s Global Corporate Strategy & M&A team in Dubai. This role provides hands-on exposure to international strategy development, market analysis, and M&A execution within a purpose-driven, NYSE-listed global company.

THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS

Based in our Dubai office, the selected intern will work closely with Aptar’s Global Corporate Strategy & M&A team, a group of experienced professionals with backgrounds in top-tier consulting, investment banking, and corporate leadership. This internship offers an immersive learning experience in strategic planning, M&A, and transformation initiatives across Aptar’s global businesses.

• Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic initiatives

• Contribute to the development of internal strategic reviews and business plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on live projects

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related field
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and intellectually curious
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Location : Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai

Duration : 3 - 6 months (flexible)

Start Date : Open – based on candidate availability

Compensation : Internship stipend provided
