A prominent legal services firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer with over 7 years of experience to provide comprehensive legal services. Responsibilities include advising clients on corporate law issues, drafting legal documents, and mentoring junior associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be proficient in both English and Arabic.

• 7+ years of experience as a corporate lawyer.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Energy and Infrastructure Law, Aviation Law, Defense Law, Maritime Law.
• Offer comprehensive legal services covering corporate commercial transactions.
• Draft agreements, opinions, and letters.
• Provide ongoing legal advice on corporate law issues.
• Conduct meetings and conferences with clients.
• Ensure legality of commercial transactions.
• Conduct research in contractual law, tax law, accounting, and other regulations.
• Mentor junior associates.

Responsibilities

• Should have experience working in any of the mentioned fields- Energy and Infrastructure Law, Aviation Law, Defense Law, Maritime Law.
• Offer comprehensive legal services covering the full spectrum of corporate commercial transactions to clients pertaining to the above-mentioned fields.
• Drafting of agreements, opinions, expert opinions, letters etc.
• Provide ongoing legal advice on corporate law issues.
• Conduct meetings and conferences with clients on current or future cases.
• Ensures legality of commercial transactions.
• Conduct research in all aspects of contractual law, tax, law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws, arbitration, civil laws and other regulations relating to specific areas of business.
• Mentors the junior associates in their daily tasks.
• Discuss strategies and delegate tasks as needed.

Skills

Thorough procedural and legal knowledge.

Proven background on corporate law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage case loads.

Good attention to detail to be able to analyze case files and data

Must have verbal and written proficiency in both languages (e.g., English & Arabic).

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
