We are seeking a motivated Corporate Secretary or Junior/Mid-level Compliance professional who is looking to broaden their career by taking on a diverse role. This position offers the opportunity to support both the Local COO and the Group COO across a range of responsibilities spanning compliance, operations, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide corporate secretarial support including maintaining statutory records and coordinating with DIFC authorities.
  • Assist with corporate compliance matters, including policy updates, regulatory filings, and audits.
  • Support Vara compliance processes and ensure timely submissions and monitoring requirements are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the Local COO and Group COO on broad operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR-related activities, including employee documentation and policy compliance.
  • Support general company operations within the DIFC framework.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, regulators, and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a compliance, legal, or corporate secretarial role.
  • Exposure to DIFC or UAE regulatory frameworks (DIFC Authority, VARA, DFSA) is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in corporate governance or supporting senior management is an advantage.
