Corporate Sales Manager for Conrad Dubai

Work Locations

A Corporate Sales Manager will drive corporate account revenue and sell to new, existing, and prospective customers while aligning with the overall sales strategy. They will negotiate the best corporate rates for the benefit of the business and represent the hotel at the highest level in the local corporate market segments, maintaining and developing relationships through effective account management and negotiation to meet the hotel's budget and KPIs.

What will you be doing?

  1. Planning Activities: Travel outside the hotel to meet with existing and prospective clients to solicit business in line with the hotel's revenue and sales strategies. Attend sales calls regularly in the local market, target specific business types, conduct sales presentations, and participate in tradeshows and client events.
  2. Sales Activity – on site: Meet and entertain clients on-site, including property tours, site inspections, familiarization trips, and client dinners. Organize and participate in on-site client events monthly, tailoring your approach to client needs.
  3. Administrative Activities: Prepare proposals and contracts using standard Hilton templates, calculate rates, maintain account files, and submit reports as required. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all administrative processes, including SAP and WishWalk systems, and respond promptly to emails.
  4. Research and New Business: Proactively seek new business opportunities, innovate in lead generation, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Achieve a minimum percentage of new business annually, leveraging knowledge of local, national, and global markets.
  5. Systems: Keep all databases updated, utilize the internet appropriately, and use group and forecasting tools effectively.

Additional responsibilities may include attending sales meetings, conducting market research, and participating in special projects, with the time allocation determined by the supervisor. Ensure compliance with fire, health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
