Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager - Air Travel

Location: Dubai, UAE

Company Overview: Our client is a leading global travel industry company with its corporate office based in Dubai. Renowned for its extensive network and innovative travel solutions, the company is committed to providing exceptional services to its clientele. As part of their expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the air travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development within the air travel sector and be eager to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B sales and achieve targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.
  4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  7. Possess good leadership qualities in controlling a branch team comprising of CRM, ticketing coordinators, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  8. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and build professional relationships.
  9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the Managing Director.

Qualifications:

  1. MBA in Marketing from a reputed university.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development within the travel industry (Mandatory).
  3. Strong understanding of air travel and tourism sector, including current market trends and customer needs.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the air travel industry (Mandatory).
  2. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  4. High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
