- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand digital assessment and EdTech solutions within the Education market in the UAE.
- Work closely and coordinate regularly with the Product Development Manager (PDM) to align product offerings with client requirements and market needs.
- Identify and generate leads from outreach, networking events, industry conferences, referrals, and digital communication channels targeted towards the education sector in the UAE.
- Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, presentations, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, utilize CRM tools effectively, and provide timely sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with educational institutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and account management to address client needs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
- At least 3 years of proven sales / account management experience within corporate sectors or related fields.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding and existing relationships within UAE's corporate environments.
- Experience in promoting or selling digital assessment, learning management systems, corporate training solutions, or related Tech solutions.
- Proven success record in identifying and closing corporate deals effectively.
- Documented sales achievements (meeting / exceeding targets consistently).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Existing professional network within UAE's corporate community.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant professional certificates or awards in Business Development or Sales.
- UAE-based candidate with existing residency.
