Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and follow up with government authorities to process and finalize trade licenses.
  2. Review and submit applications, reporting feedback to the back office team.
  3. Track transaction progress to expedite approvals and facilitate issuance of NOCs.
  4. Process and finalize business licensing, Membership Certificates, Agency Certificates, Commercial Registration, Insurance Certificates, Police Reports, RERA/DM applications, and other government documents.
  5. Provide recommendations to reduce costs or timeframes and address barriers during license processing.
  6. Work closely with business unit representatives to ensure proper documentation and clarify requirements.
  7. Prepare status reports and monthly transaction summaries.
  8. Draft and forward correspondence to government authorities for managerial approval.
  9. Assist in document preparation and archiving for the back office team.
  10. Represent the department with professionalism and uphold a positive image.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent/Excellent in Arabic and English.
  • Own a car and possess a valid driving license.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficient in Windows applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
