Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled professionals in the automotive industry.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment events, and industry networks.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and negotiations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring pipelines.
Conduct candidate assessments and background checks to ensure quality hiring.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top industry professionals.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, enhancing the employee experience.
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices in the automotive sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills to assess hiring metrics and improve recruitment strategies.
Experience in hiring for technical, engineering, and sales roles in the automotive sector.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations related to hiring.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) is a plus.
