An investment company in the DIFC seeks an experienced Corporate Receptionist to manage high-profile client interactions and administrative tasks. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, be native Arabic speakers, and present themselves professionally in a corporate environment. As a team of two, the role of the Corporate Receptionist holds a great deal of responsibility for this high-profile investment company in the DIFC, supporting global UHNWI and VVIPs across a broad spectrum of industries. You and your colleague will work very closely together to ensure high standards of presentation in the office and seamless meeting coordination and document control. You will also support the Facilities Manager with supplier selection, business continuity and maintenance upkeep. The first point of contact for all calls, emails and in person visitors, you will be very professionally presented and have a welcoming demeanor, with the ability to interact well with peers, seniors, and high net worth clients on a daily basis. This is a busy role that will require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Therefore, you will take a proactive approach, respond well under pressure, and have a motivated personality. Supporting the Executive Assistants and the senior teams in the organisation, you will be fully responsible for taking charge of all the meeting rooms, catering and document requirements, and IT equipment. Managing extremely confidential documents and tracking their progress, you will develop strong relationships with all suppliers to ensure couriers, IT, maintenance, and pantry supplies are up to standard at all times. This busy role will also ensure that you take on any additional general administrative work such as HR updates and invoice data entry on the internal system. A keen eye for detail and strong MS Office skills, including excel and PowerPoint are highly desired. This role will bring you the opportunity to join a very stable and people centric organisation.
