Job Purpose: To lead and manage the delivery of strategic initiatives within the real estate sector, focusing on achieving organizational KPIs and strategic goals. This role applies PMP-certified project management practices and leverages expertise in business and transformation projects to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value, remain aligned with strategy, and are executed with discipline, clarity, and accountability. Additionally, develop project management processes, procedures, and automate them using tools like Power Platform and Microsoft Project. This involves tracking strategic KPIs, managing task execution, supporting business case realization, and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Lead planning, execution, and closure of initiatives across departments, focusing on delivering business KPIs. Break down strategies into actionable projects with clear timelines and outcomes. Align initiatives with transformation goals, especially in IT, ERP, automation, or digital modernization.
- Strategic KPI Ownership & Alignment: Collaborate with Strategy and Performance teams to translate KPIs into initiative outcomes. Monitor and report on contributions to strategic objectives and recommend corrective actions for misalignments.
- Develop Project Processes and Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, MS Teams, ERP systems, and external tools. Manage project artifacts and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment.
- Task Ownership & Accountability: Assign task owners, follow up on status, and maintain logs for auditability. Promote a culture of accountability and conduct post-initiative evaluations.
- Strategic KPI & Goal Alignment: Track project progress against KPIs and business goals, refining measurement frameworks as needed.
- Business Case Monitoring: Support reviews at various stages, track benefit realization, and contribute to post-implementation reviews.
- Governance & Portfolio Reporting: Maintain dashboards, reports, and provide data for decision-making. Support standards enforcement across processes.
- Stakeholder Communication & Engagement: Coordinate among business units, IT, finance, and leadership. Facilitate meetings and workshops.
- PMO Maturity & Process Improvement: Enhance methodologies, templates, and tools. Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in project/portfolio delivery, especially in ERP and IT automation within real estate.
- Proven leadership and accountability in project teams.
- PMP certification is mandatory; PMO certification is a plus.
Technical Tools & Automation
- Experience automating workflows with Power Automate.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Project Server, Project Plan 5, dashboards.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise ERP platforms.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
- Skilled in KPI tracking, performance data analysis, and trend identification.
Communication & Leadership
- High-level communication skills; confident in reporting to executives and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and organizational alignment.
Budget: AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 per month, including all standard employee benefits under UAE labor laws.
Availability: Immediate availability is advantageous.
