Your new role:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance presentations for senior leadership, the Executive Committee, and the Board.
Develop comprehensive business cases and provide internal analysis to support key growth initiatives and cost optimisation strategies.
Collaborate across departments to define, refine, and implement short-and long-term business strategies.
Support the identification and finalisation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives for the Corporate Performance Scorecards, ensuring alignment with business plans and strategies.
Coordinate the end-to-end performance reporting cycle, ensuring timely collection, analysis, and consolidation of performance data from all business segments and support functions.
What you'll need to succeed:
Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA are considered an asset.
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate reporting and performance management, preferably within a dynamic, growth-oriented organisation.
