Job Purpose
To manage and execute corporate marketing initiatives that support Modon Holding’s brand and business objectives. This role is responsible for coordinating internal marketing workflows, managing task traffic across departments, and overseeing day-to-day execution with external partners including creative, PR, branding, and digital agencies. The Manager ensures smooth delivery, alignment with brand standards, and timely execution across all corporate marketing activities.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Support the implementation of Modon Holding’s corporate brand strategy across all platforms and entities.
- Manage incoming marketing requests from internal departments and coordinate task prioritization, timelines, and approvals.
- Act as internal traffic coordinator, facilitating smooth execution of marketing deliverables across teams and ensuring accountability.
- Build and maintain workflow systems and trackers to manage internal briefs, deadlines, and approvals.
- Track, measure, and report on task progress, internal satisfaction, delivery timelines, and agency output quality.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with external agencies (creative, PR, branding, social media), ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are met, and outputs align with brand standards.
- Oversee updates to corporate digital assets (e.g., website, social media), in collaboration with digital and content teams.
- Support the rollout of corporate campaigns, employer branding efforts, and major initiatives in coordination with the Marketing Team.
- Monitor brand visibility, internal engagement, and market trends to support marketing strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Professional certifications in brand management, project management, or digital marketing are an advantage.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years in marketing or communications roles, including experience managing agency relationships and supporting cross-functional execution.
- Experience working in holding groups or multi-segment organizations is preferred.
- Familiarity with project and traffic management tools and processes.
