CORPORATE M&A SENIOR ASSOCIATE, COUNSEL

About the Role
The firm is looking for a highly skilled and commercially minded lawyer with expertise in:

1. Corporate M&A
2. Joint ventures
3. Broader corporate matters

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex transactions, advising multinational clients, and working on cross-border deals within the Middle East and beyond.
Key Responsibilities

1. Leading and managing corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring projects.
2. Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
3. Negotiating and drafting key transaction documents.
4. Providing strategic legal counsel to clients across various industries.
5. Supporting the development and expansion of the firm’s corporate practice.

What They're Looking For

1. Experience: 6+ years PQE in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier international or regional law firm.
2. Skills: Strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
3. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE and regional corporate laws and regulations would be advantageous.
4. Client Focus: A proactive approach to client service and business development.
5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced and high-performing team.
