We are seeking a full-time Corporate M&A Lawyer to support prominent organisations based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The on-site roles involve delivering high-quality legal advice across a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising on M&A transactions and regulatory compliance, and contributing to the organisation’s strategic initiatives. The role offers a balance of flexibility and hands-on involvement to support the company’s legal and commercial objectives effectively.

Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer admitted in a recognised international jurisdiction.
  • Extensive experience with a leading international law firm or in-house legal team. Corporate M&A experience is essential.
  • Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations, particularly in the corporate and commercial context, is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a part-time role.
