Job description

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Lawyer to oversee legal matters and provide strategic counsel to our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of corporate legal issues and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements and contracts, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance matters and monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations.
  • Assist with corporate restructuring and corporate governance matters, including the formation and dissolution of entities.
  • Manage and supervise external legal counsel as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters, as necessary.
  • Provide legal support for corporate transactions, including due diligence and transaction documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records anddocumentation.
