We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and governance of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies across all company operations and projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance at the organizational level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement corporate HSE strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with international standards and local regulations.
  • Provide HSE leadership, guidance, and support to project and site teams across all business units.
  • Monitor HSE performance, conduct audits, and ensure effective reporting and corrective action processes.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation of preventive measures.
  • Liaise with government agencies, certification bodies, and clients regarding compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety culture through training, awareness, and behavior-based safety initiatives.
  • Prepare HSE performance reports for executive management and ensure corporate objectives are met.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years in a corporate or multi-project managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant HSE legislation.
  • Proven leadership in implementing safety systems across multiple projects or divisions.
  • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in high-risk industries such as construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing is preferred.
