JOB TITLE: Corporate Hospitality & Marketing Executive

LOCATION: Abu Dhabi

CONTRACT TYPE: 6-month secondment (available immediately)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Hospitality & Marketing Executive to join our client’s team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing high-profile experiences, building relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across hospitality, events, and marketing support.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing VIP ticketing, coordinating corporate suite usage, and supporting both consumer and business event initiatives. You will also take responsibility for reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, making sure everything runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of the corporate suite and its day-to-day requirements.
  • Handle all complimentary ticket allocations, ensuring fair and accurate tracking of usage.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming ticketing requests.
  • Manage the “ticket hold” process for VIP events, coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate updates and support requests across Miral-owned marketing channels.
  • Assist with MICE itinerary development and planning.
  • Support MICE site visits, including logistics and on-site coordination.
  • Monitor budgets across activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment.
  • Oversee reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
What We’re Looking For
