Your role involves designing and implementing an autonomous, AI-powered financial ecosystem to manage a billion-dollar education portfolio, including schools, EdTech, and innovative learning models like 2 Hour Learning.

This position focuses on engineering intelligent financial systems that eliminate manual processes through automation, transforming platforms such as NetSuite and Ramp into self-operating systems that handle tuition payments, audits, and compliance seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecting advanced financial systems with AI capabilities for billing, compliance, and controls.
2. Implementing automation using Large Language Models (LLMs) across financial platforms.
3. Developing mechanisms for revenue streams like tuition collection and tax documentation.
4. Creating scalable, automated reporting infrastructure for audit-ready financials.
5. Continuously evolving financial architecture to support rapid growth without increasing headcount.

What You Will Not Be Doing

• Managing traditional finance teams or routine transactions.
• Engaging in manual month-end procedures or approvals.
• Accepting inefficiencies; instead, you will eliminate redundancies.
• Creating unnecessary work for others; your focus is on system development and implementation.
• Maintaining status quo operations; innovation is key.

Minimum Requirements

• Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA).
• Leadership experience in organizations exceeding $100M revenue.
• Audit experience: 5+ years at a top firm or equivalent.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms like NetSuite or SAP.
• Practical experience with generative AI tools in finance.
• Location within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education models and related financial programs.
