Job summary

PwC Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned finance professional to provide strategic financial advice and solutions that help clients navigate complex business transactions, including valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures.

You will lead due diligence, analyse data, own project planning and budgeting, mentor team members, manage client relationships, and implement deal structures and debt restructurings in line with PwC's professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in business valuations and acquisition strategy.
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and onboarding.
• Proficiency in deal structures and debt restructuring.
• Experience with discounted cash flow valuation and data rooms.
