Responsibilities

• Check and verify documentation unit activities for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage resources to execute tasks efficiently within the department.
• Plan, develop, and execute improvements; coordinate resources for special projects.
• Review processes and pursue automation-driven enhancements.
• Ensure that all terms in credit approvals are incorporated into Facility Agreements.
• Verify securities/insurance policies before releasing limits and monitor waivers when needed.
• Ensure all documents are reviewed and signed off in alignment with procedures.
• Safely custody all physical facility/security documents for disbursed facilities.
• Sign off on facility agreements as an authorized signatory with proper terms reflected.
• Perform annual physical documentation reviews and re-evaluate when accounts are downgraded.
• Capture exceptions in internal MIS and monitor until resolution.
• Ensure staff MBO/KPIs are conducted to support corporate objectives.
• Oversee pledge, lien, and mortgage assets and ensure periodic valuations.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on documentation issues; liaise with Legal when required.
• Translate customized facility conditions into Arabic accurately.
• Maintain backup plans and job rotation to sustain staff morale and motivation.
• Ensure robust control over safe keeping of documents and adherence to policy.
• Drive adherence to audit recommendations and address deficiencies until regularization.
• Represent the Manager – Corporate Documentation in their absence on documentation-related matters.
